![]() If I do keep it, I’m 100% upgrading the SSD to 1TB. My iPad Pro 12.9 makes sure that each tab gets enough space, even if you have 50 tabs open. I’d imagine that when using the SP as a tablet, more people probably use it in landscape mode than portrait.Īlso, when using it as a tablet - especially in portrait - Edge is a BITCH to use if you have more than five tabs open. I really wish the thicker bezels were on sides when using it in landscape mode. Then I realized that when holding it in landscape mode, part of my hand was touching the screen. But I’m still getting used to it - for the first few days, I thought the touch screen might have been bad, because I’d press an icon and it wouldn’t do anything. So I decided to try out the Surface Pro 8. I hated not being able to boot camp into Windows more than I thought, I missed having a touch screen, didn’t like the keyboard, and the 60hz refresh rate or something goofy with the screen was giving me headaches. I bought the M1 MacBook Air, but it just wasn’t doing it for me. Still the go-to detachable, more than a year after its release. I already own the iPad Pro 12.9, but need a “real” computer for certain things. The Surface Pro 7 is a solid iteration of Microsofts flagship Windows-tablet 2-in-1.
